Java: Thank you. As a college professor, I truly appreciate the simplicity of this presentation. It is so deep, yet takes only minutes to absorb. Sometimes, I have difficulty getting that point across over years. Perhaps, it depends on the "receptacles" I teach, or maybe I must spice up my coffee. Enjoy your weekend.
If more people would be satisfied with what they have, then complaining about what they dont have...what a better world this would be...thank you for sharing.
Hello Java, I found your blog tonight as I was blog hopping and I am so glad I did!I love thvideo you shared .I really needed to see something like that tonight. I am a new follower and hope to participate in "Follow Friday 40 & over". Next week! Thanks! carly
ooo very nice story. even ELS person like me understood(thanks to your professor). it sure encourages us, and it was very good idea that you made the video just to tell us the story.I'm in 40's too and don't like to think about myself to act like what generally people in their 40's have to be/do. sometimes worry about getting older too. but today there are many people stay look younger and think younger too, maybe from our generation, we can change the image of what older people should be/do. then more people can think positive about their lives, if they can do, they can feel happy about their lives and themselves, right?? Thanks for the story. very helpful.
Ran across this a while back, when gathering material for my weekly e-mails at work (part of staff development/team-building), and loved it then. Thanks for sharing. :-) Happy Halloween1
I love, love, love comments!! Thank you for taking the time and for making my day!! I read every single one and if you ask a question please be sure that I will get back to you as soon as I can!
Hello! I refer to myself as "Java". I am 49ish years young and I'm from Pennsylvania and have lived here all my life. I was living on the land that my Grandfather used to have a working dairy farm for more then 50 years until we sold it to our oldest son Venti and moved a street over. I am married to my high school sweetheart "Joe" 29 years and have been together for 35 years! We have 4 wonderful sons. I started modeling when I turned 40! Join me as I struggle to comprehend that I am not 20 anymore and having a hard time dealing with the "age" thing! Wanna read more about me? Click on the "About Me" under my logo banner at the top!
This is Me! I started modeling when I turned 40! Mom to 4 boys...add the hubby...makes 5 boys! Plus 3 males cats! I live in a houseful of men! I am funny, caring, loving and sentimental. I love to dance and have taken ballet lesson for the past 6 years. I love spending time with my hubby and my sons. I still haven't figured out what I want to do in life...guess I should decide soon huh?
