My Answers!
1. What will your Christmas dinner consist of?
Lots and lots of food!!
- Fruit salad
- Turkey and stuffing
- Ham
- Mashed potatoes and gravy
- Baked corn
- Sweet potatoes
- Cranberry relish
- Rolls and butter
- LOTS of desserts
2. Do you watch commercials or do you flip through the channels?
I am a channel flipper! I drive Joe nuts! I can't help it....I can't stand watching the commercials so I grab the remote and start flipping! Sometimes I forget to go back to the show we were watching and we miss some of it! Opps!
Till the day after Christmas! I'm not kidding! I can't wait to take them down and get the house back to normal! My favorite day of the year is December 26th! Christmas stresses me out trying to get everything done and so the day after I am relieved that its all done and over with.
4. What movie makes you cry every time you watch it?
It has to be Ghost! Sniff!!!!
5. Do you have a Facebook?
Yes I do! I've had one for about a year now....I got it mostly to spy on my kids....they call me a Facebook creeper! I am totally addicted to it though....I can't help it!

Time to link up and meet!!
This is a blog hop so if you want to put the linky on your post just click the "Get the Code" at the bottom of the linky.
Your link MUST include your Meet Me On Monday post or it will be deleted!
Also PLEASE either put the Meet Me On Monday button in your post or link your post back to me. I have found several people just posting the questions and answers in their post and no one knows that they actually belong to a meme and linky!
Great answers. I leave my decorations up until mid-January. I have over 800 ornaments on my tree and I enjoy it most after Christmas. Thank you for hosting. Have a very Merry Christmas and enjoy your feast.
ReplyDeleteYour menu sounds wonderful..everything that i love for a holiday meal especially "Lots of desserts"!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a blessed Christmas and may 2011 be the best yet!
Number 1 sounds a lot like us. I'm also with you on Dec 26th! And apparently we can never watch Ghost together--there's just not enough Kleenex in the world!
ReplyDeleteI pretty much said the same thing about my Christmas decorations - taken down ASAP. I do leave up my snowmen decorations throughout the winter, though.
ReplyDeleteHi Java! Thanks for doing this meme again this week! I so enjoy it! I think I need to ask for the recipe for Cranberry relish! Sounds good. Cranberry jelly is always part of my turkey dinner, but a relish sounds good.
ReplyDeleteLol @ Facebook Creeper. I wonder if my mom does that too. So funny! :)

Hi Java! I love your answers! I am like you and want my house back in order as soon as Christmas is over - however, I usually keep my tree and decorations up until at least New Year's Day but after that all bets are off and the decorations have to go! LOL Have a great day and thanks for hosting! ;)
ReplyDeleteYou Christmas dinner sounds yummy. Maybe I should come to your home for the day :)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Christmas!
Ha -I'm a Facebook and Twitter creeper. I am friends with my daughter on FB, so not much gets by me, but I don't follow her (or her me) on Twitter, so once a day I generally check out her account.
ReplyDeleteGhost, I haven't watched that in forever, yep, I cry buckets!
Have a great holiday, in case I don't get a chance to join in on all the fun the rest of the week!
Great questions this week. My answers are pretty lame. *lol*
ReplyDeleteOOOOO I think getting Facebook to spy on the kids is a great idea! But my kids (thankfully) are not on Facebook.
ReplyDeleteMy answers are up! Have a Merry Christmas!
I stopped by over 40 blogs. Most I already followed. You have a few rule breakers up there! Naughty Naughty!

Another week of great questions!
ReplyDeleteJava:
Have a very Blessed and Merry Christmas!!!
Oh, NO, I just hate it when Honey Bear flips channels because I start watching something and he flips it...Bad Girl, Java.
ReplyDeleteGhost: love it and yes I cry at that one too. I love the scene where she is sitting at the potter's wheel..so sexy.
Have a great week.
Mama Bear
Good morning Java, I love your answer about taking the decorations down, I agree with you 110%! I have been known to start taking them down at after dinner on Christmas day! Have a fantastic week and I will be thinking of you on Sunday. :)
ReplyDeleteWow, that is the earliest I've heard of taking down the decorations. My wife hates all the hoopla as well, but she does allow them up until after New Years.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, I'm a channel flipper too. My wife hates that I do it.
As for dinner, as long as there are mashed taters and gravy, I don't care what else we have.
I have a Facebook account, but I rarely go there and use it.
The Notebook, and A Walk to Remember.
Hey!! How'd that interview go??
ReplyDeleteI'm not the channel surfer in this fam. My husband drives me crazy sometimes doing this and guess what? The kids are just like him. The acron never falls far from the tree, right? LOL.
ReplyDeleteCheck out my response to these questions...
