Went well! It wasn't your typical interview where you fidget in your seat and your palms get sweaty...it was just two supervisors and me and they asked a couple of simple questions and that was it! They have 5 openings and are doing the last of the interviews tomorrow. They said I won't hear anything till January/February! That is a long time to wait.....sigh......
Thanks for all the good luck wishes!

Just thought of something.. I bet if u make it thru the interview be prepared for the written test... Not hard, typical math, etc.
ReplyDeleteGlad it went well! And, girl, YES--destress whenever there's an opportunity to do so!
ReplyDeleteI sure know that feeling. I have been laid off for 9 months now. I feel that all we can do is the best we can. There are so many people seeking the same job that it is amazing to even get an interview!
ReplyDeleteGood luck.
That seems like a long time to wait. Uggg!
ReplyDeleteWhat a long wait - but wishing you the best and a wonderful holiday season!

ReplyDeleteFantastic you got your foot in the door! I hoep. I have been job hunting for 5 months and it seems now days there are about 20 people ahead of ya. Good luck! :-)
ReplyDeleteI am sure you did great! Hoping all goes well.
ReplyDeleteIt's tough out there. I'm glad I am retired. My son got laid off several years ago (in human resources). He has been doing odd jobs fevery since. He is a college graduate and just got a job driving a fork lift (after a written test and 3 interviews).
ReplyDeleteQUESTION: HOW DO I GET YOU MY BUTTON?
and can't I follow your blog without subscribing to E-Mail?

That is a long time to wait!! An opportunity to practice patience, I guess. Best of luck. And Happy Holidays!
ReplyDeleteIt must be all those background checks they do for the length of time between interviews and final selection. That could be a good sign for you. Good luck and Merry, Merry Christmas, Java!
