Blogging is a funny thing...we tell our most intimate thoughts for all to read and yet most of the time I find myself sitting and wondering, "who is this person!?" I know them...but yet I don't know them! I want to know who the person is behind all those words so I thought of a great way for all of us to "meet" each other!
Every Sunday I will post five get to know you questions that you can copy and paste into your own Monday post and we can all learn a little more about each and every one of us!!
"Its a great way to to meet new friends and for others to get to know me better....one Monday at a time!!!"....as quoted by the Chacogirl!! I will make this SIMPLE and FUN!!!
I will add a linky so we can follow who participates and get to know them better!! Be sure to link the POST and not just your whole blog
Questions:
1. How many TV’s do you have in your home?
2. What is on your bedside table (nightstand)?
3. How many pair of shoes do you own?
4. Can you change a flat tire?
5. Do you prefer sweet treats or salty treats?
---------------------------------------------------------------My Answers!
1. How many TV's do you have in your home?
Too many! We have 10! One in each bedroom, 1 in the family room, 1 in the den, and 4 in the basement and yes all are hooked up and get watched!
2. What is on your bedside table (nightstand)?
A phone book, a phone, an alarm clock, hand cream, tablet paper, two pens, a lamp, emery board and chapstick!
3. How many pairs of shoes do you own?
I am not a shoe person! I probably have about 10-15 pairs but I have about 3 favorites that I wear on a daily basis.
4. Can you change a flat tire?
Oh gosh no! I wouldn't have a clue how to do it! I guess its good to know but I have no idea!
5. Do you prefer sweet treats or salty treats?
I definitely prefer sweet treats although I have my fair share of salty treats!

Love sweet and salty together- like chocolate pretzels... Savory foods.
I can see it with the TVs... There are different things you do in different rooms and you don't have to wait to do them till a show you're interested in is over, you just switch rooms and DO what you gotta' DO!! LOL!!
ReplyDeleteNow you should ask HOW MANY PURSES!! HAH!! ;p
oh boy, 10 tvs! Are they all on at the same time? :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great Monday!
hmmmmmm...sweets!!! My downfall and comfort food is ice cream sundaes. Could have them any time of day.

Oh - hey - that was fun! My first Meet me on Monday. Now, having misread the nightstand question at first - I know everyone will be happy that I didn't answer "What's IN your nightstand." Because - you know - I'd have totally gone there. Phew. Have a lovely week, ladies!
ReplyDeleteThanks for another great batch of questions!!! I love doing Meet Me on Monday on my blog - It's so great to know more about the bloggers that I'm following but it also helps take the pressure of me of what am I going to blog about after a crazy weekend!!! :)
ReplyDeleteTwo tvs - one in LR one in kitchen
ReplyDeleteBedside table - small fan, bottle of water, clock
Shoes - whoa. A lot. Dressy, working out, walking, flip flops galore, a lot.
I could change a flat if I HAD to; I've been blessed to never have had to.
Salty AND sweet like chocolate and nuts.

ReplyDeleteCandid Chic Musings
We have three TV's that don't get watched much. I have a big stack of books on my night stand and someone pretty rocks polished by my grandparents and great grandmother. I own approximately 37 pairs of shoes. I only wear a handful of them. I'm not a real shoe freak either. I know women with 80 to 90 pairs, and they are always shopping for more. I have never changed a tire and don't want to. I would rather be rescued. Not too keen on getting dirty. At one time, I had an idea of how to do it, but not so sure I would remember at this point. I am more prone to eating sweet things; although I really try to limit them. They tend to show up in the hip area.
ReplyDeleteI just found out about this meme so plan to participate tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteWe only have 2 TVs unless you count our outdated one that we just use for DVDs and VHS tapes.
I have 4 pairs of shoes.
We don't have a nightstand.
We call AAA when we need a tire changed--I wouldn't trust either of us to do it right, although I think I have the knowledge as to how to do it. I skipped Driver's Ed class that day when they taught us how to do it.
Prefer sweets any day!
