Blogging is a funny thing...we tell our most intimate thoughts for all to read and yet most of the time I find myself sitting and wondering, "who is this person!?" I know them...but yet I don't know them! I want to know who the person is behind all those words so I thought of a great way for all of us to "meet" each other!
Every Sunday I will post five get to know you questions that you can copy and paste into your own Monday post and we can all learn a little more about each and every one of us!!

1. Do you watch any Soap Operas?
I watched General Hospital starting in High School and stopped watching it about 10 years ago. I could probably catch on if I watched an episode! lol
Is Luke and Laura still on??
It is a toss up between the dishwasher and the washer and dryer! I put all glasses, silverware, plates and bowls in the dishwasher...never wash them by hand...I feel like they get cleaner in the dishwasher! I wish I had one big enough that I could put the pots and pans in too! I do put them in if there is enough room! As for the washer and dryer, I do one to two loads a day...more if I'm doing sheets. I have the new front loaders and I LOVE them! They save me time, water and electricity!
3. Do you wear make-up every day?
I do! I don't wear a lot of make-up but I don't feel put together without my daily routine which consist of eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, pressed powder, blush and lipstick. I never wear foundation as I think it shows every line and wrinkle! I put enough on so that it looks like I at least took the time but yet it doesn't look like I am made up!
4. What is your worst pet-peeve?
My worst pet-peeve is when someone doesn't get back to me! Nothing bothers me more when I call, text, email someone and then they don't reply back! I think it bothers me because I try to be very prompt with replies and when someone isn't it really bugs me!!
5. What is your favorite lunch meat?
Turkey!!

I have to know: what kind of powder do you use? My problem is that I have some "uneven skin" (I guess you'd call it)...sun damage. Not really bad, just in some spots. I HATE wearing foundation, but do it to hide the spots.

I used to watch GH, too...back in the day, I guess! Pretty much broke the habit when my first baby started pulling away from feeding to watch TV!

No soap operas, washing machine, make-up EVERYDAY, too many to name, hate lunch meat....and I am not great a promptly returning phone calls...emails yes....but I HATE to talk on the phone.

I don't use anything fancy! I use Cover Girl Smoothers Pressed Powder. I use the translucent medium shade.

I was a huge General Hospital fan since the "ice princess" days. To catch you up, Laura went crazy a few years ago, and was hospitalized. I think she's been off the show ever since. Luke may still be on. I used to call him "monkey face," 'cuz he's so weird looking. :-)

ReplyDeleteHi Java, great questions..My washer and dryer are front loaders too. I would never have a top loading set again, ever..I have been using the front loaders for a long long time..
