Meet Me On Monday!!

Welcome to the 41st edition of 
"Meet Me On Monday!"
 
Blogging  is a funny thing...we tell our most intimate thoughts for all to read  and yet most of the time I find myself sitting and wondering, "who is  this person!?"  I know them...but yet I don't know them!  I want  to know who the person is behind all those words so I thought of a great  way for all of us to "meet" each other!

Every Sunday Never Growing Old will post five get to know you  questions that you can copy and paste into your own Monday post and we  can all learn a little more about each and every one of us!!

Java will add a linky so we can follow who participates and get to know them  better!!  Be sure to link the POST and not just your whole blog!!

My Answers!

1.  If you had to eat only one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
     
       Bread!  I LOVE bread and could easily eat just that and be happy!



2.  Do you write your blog posts in advance or the day you post them?

        In advance!  Usually the night before and schedule them to be posted the next day...with the exception of Meet Me On Monday which I do the same day because it takes a long time!
    3.  Have you ever ridden in an ambulance? 

            Only once when I was 5.  I was at the beach with my family and the beach house had heating vents in the middle of the floors....apparently it was cold one of the days and so they turned the heat on....but they turned it on too high and I happened to walk across the vent and burned my feet really bad!  I remember riding in the ambulance and having both my feet bandaged up for the rest of the vacation!


    4.  What is your favorite candle scent?

          I love Hazelnut Coffee, Spiced Pumpkin, Banana Bread or Brown Sugar...anything like that!


    5.  Coffee or Tea?

          Definitely tea!!  I do not like coffee at all!!  I know....surprise surprise!!  I had you all fooled that I'm a coffee drinker!  Nope!!  I like tea hot or cold!

      thanks Java! I an so excited you used one of my questions!!! I am shocked, that you are a tea drinker and not a coffee drinker considering all the Java, venti, tall, joe, etc references....

      All of your candle scents totally make sense to me! They all go together. THey are all... like... warm and fallish and comforting. I like it!

      You know, this Meet Me On Monday meme is nice because it actually gives me something fun to look forward to on Mondays! :-D And oh - Banana Bread candle - THAT SOUNDS SO GOOD!! I like candles and have a lot that I like, but I am going to have to keep my eye out if I ever see that one, or the Brown Sugar sounds really, really good too!

      i'm a coffee drinker...hot or cold (which is huge here in japan in the summer!!)....but i also like tea....but green tea (just tea, nothing added...~~shudder~~....since i've lived here in japan for so long, i have become a bit of a greentea snob. sorry!)
      by the way....i make my own candles. i got tired of spending big money for them over here. booyah!

      Funny you mentioned burning your feet on vacation. Once the heat was turned up high in our hotel room (it was a wall vent, from floor to ceiling) and I bumped into the heater and burned my arm badly. I had burn marks in slants all along my right arm for years as a result!

      I remember those furnace registers in the floor and they could get pretty hot..I remember being warned to stay off them..we never had them but relatives did...

I actually didn't get the part of that we probably thought you liked coffee, because I was thinking of Java-script for website design. All of this time, that is where my mind went.       About your love of bread....do you love butter with your bread or just bread? I could forego sweets forever if I could have carbs instead. Freshly baked bread with butter should be a Yankee Candle Scent! :)

      We have a couple of things in common. I'm a tea fan. Coffee smells good but that's as far as it goes. :)

      When I was a little girl, I got burned pretty good by one of those floor heater vents, too. I still have very light white stripes up my arms from the burns, and two deeper scars where the burns were the worst.

      To this day, I cannot stand the thought of floor vents.
