Meet Me On Monday!!

Welcome to the 46th edition of
"Meet Me On Monday!"

Blogging  is a funny thing...we tell our most intimate thoughts for all to read  and yet most of the time I find myself sitting and wondering, "who is  this person!?"  I know them...but yet I don't know them!  I want  to know who the person is behind all those words so I thought of a great  way for all of us to "meet" each other!

Every Sunday Never Growing Old will post five get to know you  questions that you can copy and paste into your own Monday post and we  can all learn a little more about each and every one of us!!

Java will add a linky so we can follow who participates and get to know them  better!!  Be sure to link the POST and not just your whole blog!!

Meet Me On Monday

If you have a question suggestion please email me at: nevergrowingold@hotmail.com and if I use your question I will give you a shout out!

Questions:

1.  What is your favorite bagel flavor?
2.  If you had an extra $100 right now, what would you spend it on?
3.  What is the last thing that you felt guilt about doing?
4.  Soft serve ice cream or hand dipped?
5.  Are you allergic to anything?

My Answers!

1.  What is your favorite bagel flavor?

Panera has these Cinnamon Crunch Bagels that I absolutely LOVE!!!

2.  If you had an extra $100 right now, what would you spend it on?

Summer clothes!!  I need some shorts, sundress, shoes, purse, tops, etc....I could get a lot for $100 because I never pay full price for anything!

    3.  What is the last thing that you felt guilty about?

$19.00 for 2 drinks!  Joe and I too Tall and Short to dinner on Friday night to a Mexican restaurant and we ordered 2 Watermelon Margaritas because the waitress talked us into getting them because she said they were really good and they were the "specialty" drink of the day.  Well not only were they not very good but then when the bill came and our 2 drinks cost the same that all the food cost!!  I still feel guilty about spending that!!

    4.  Soft serve ice cream or hand dipped?

That's a tough one because I like both but I guess if I had to choose I'd go for the hand dipped!!  Especially peanut butter!  YUM!

    5.  Are you allergic to anything?

The only thing that I know for a fact that I am allergic to is Bee's!  I swell up like you can't imagine!  Yikes!!

    1. I hate when you get suckered into buying something that is over priced and not worth it!

    4. We are so alike on so many of these! And, if we ever get that Panera we've been promised, you and I may have one more thing in common!

    5. You know that waitress is good at her job. It probably wouldn't make you feel so bad if you at least had enjoyed your drinks.

    6. Wow! That's pretty pricey for some margaritas!

    7. That bagel looks YUM! The only bagels available where I live are store bought frozen ones in 3 different flavours.

    8. Thanks for hosting the first meme I've participated in!

    9. Thanks again for the questions, Java...odd how we feel guilty when it was someone else who took advantage of us in that kind of situation. I always thought guilt was supposed to go with the wrong doer not the one-done-wrong-to...

    10. HOLY CRAPOLA! That's alot of money for drinks if you only spent $18 on food for the FOUR of you! What kind of place was this anyway? SHEESH!

    11. It's my first time linking up, thanks for hosting. I can't imagine being allergic to bees. They already scare me enough! O_o

      Happy Monday. :)

    12. The price for the drink alone would keep my from drinking! I hate being talked into something and then it didn't turn out good. ugh.

Do you have an epi pen for the allergy?

    15. Cinnamon crunch bagels sounds great.
$19 for two drinks.....I'm Norwegian, so that particular one doesn't impress me much. I paid about $15 for ONE drink a few weeks ago. Sigh.

    16. Just think of the summer things you could've gotten for the price of those drinks! Wow!

      Have a great Monday!

    17. I heard drinks are expensive, but I had no clue. WOW! Yum, I love, love ice cream! This would be one of quilty pleasures, but the last time I had ice cream it was the Breyer's Carb-Smart, which wasn't bad. However, I want real ice cream now.

      Thanks for hosting,

    18. mmmm, that bagel looks yummy right about now! I'm going to have to check out a Panera sometime, there just isn't one close enough. That margarita sounds fab... although I'm not sure it's fab enough for the cost. We found the same ice cream pic I think... LOL

    19. Bees is something I never think about because I've never been stung. I have always just assumed I'm not. One of my boys was stung several times in one summer and never had a reaction so I'm hoping none of the others are either.

    20. Thanks for inviting me to join in on this!!! Love the questions!!! :o)

Such a bummer about the drinks. :o( If they'd at least been the best you ever had you might have been able to get over the cost. I hate stuff like that!

That ice cream is making me hungry... :o)

    21. First of all - OMG! $19 for TWO drinks?!
Second - Ew - peanut butter ice cream just doesn't appeal to me!

      ReplyDelete
    22. I'm sorry that you're allergic to bees, especially since they can sometimes be hard to avoid.

My son is allergic to ants and my mama is allergic to yellow jackets, but I don't appear to have an insect allergy, just allergies to everything else. :)

Hand-dipped ice cream for the win!
