Making homemade baby food, going to the park, keeping the house clean, getting kids down for naps, and mainly spending quality time with her children is hard work--and equally stressful as that position in the marketing department.
Yet, stay-at-home moms don't get paid for all that they do.
And sadly in our highly capitalistic society, we so often judge our worth by how much money we make.
According to Moms Salary Wizard, my salary for a working Mom of 4 is: $70, 853!
But...if I was a SAHM of 4, my salary would be: $116,200!

It is the hardest job in the world. Nothing is more time consuming than molding and shaping a future adult. Not to mention the lack of sick days you get. You are always on the go no matter what circumstances exist. As tiring as it can be, I think all moms will agree that we love our job! With or without a salary. For me its the most rewarding career I have....not enough money in the world could pay me to miss out on sticky kisses, endless hugs and I never get tired of hearing, "I love you Mom!"
Though a day-off once is a while is nice…
